Job summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful execution of a complex government contract, overseeing operations, personnel, and performance across all task areas. This role serves as the primary contract-management contact, providing leadership, strategic oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate with government customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication, risk mitigation, and timely deliverables while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ten years of experience managing government contracts or programs as a Contracts Program Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor personnel, assign work, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
