Job summary

The Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a Performance/Contractor Assurance Program Manager to coordinate contractor resources for CPCCo C&PA programs, ensuring regular communication and status updates with the program manager.

The role requires extensive managerial experience in DOE/DOD contexts, and a proven ability to oversee critical operations, investigations, and corrective actions within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; education equivalency accepted (two years of experience for one year of education).
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in highly regulated environments (commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD).
• Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated managerial experience leading contractor assurance or related functions for DOE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communicate, and interface between Contractor resources and CPCCo C&PA Program Manager.
• Monitor, oversee, direct, and assign critical project work activities to Contractor resources approved by CPCCo C&PA Program Manager.
• Review focus areas and provide status to CPCCo C&PA Program Manager for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to determine focus areas for Contractor resources as needed.
• Work with CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to ensure continued program effectiveness and growth.
