Job summary

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the contract, oversee administrative, engineering, and operations support, and coordinate with government personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance and success.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible program or project management experience on federal contracts.
• Three years leading multi-disciplinary teams in admin, engineering, operations or professional support.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's primary Program Manager and main point of contact for contract matters.
• Provide leadership and management for all personnel assigned to the contract.
• Oversee administration, property management, warehouse, drafting/CAD, engineering, operations, and accounting support.
• Ensure performance meets PWS, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, staffing plans, quality control plans, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor performance, schedules, staffing, deliverables, and metrics.
• Manage budgets, labor, subcontractors, and overall program finances.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention.
• Review and approve contract deliverables, reports, invoices, and staffing plans.
• Establish relationships with Government personnel, leadership, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify program risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DOE requirements, safety, security, and procedures.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lead recurring program management meetings and status updates.
• Oversee QA and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate support among geographically dispersed locations.
