Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contract requirements, specifications, bids, proposals and contractor performance.
• Serve as technical liaison with departments regarding contract specs and processing.
• Enter into, administer, or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings.
• Prepare and evaluate contracts entered to by the company.
• Prepare bids involving technical specifications; evaluate and award bids per guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors regarding bid status and contract compliance.
• Review inventory listing of contractor’s availability and performance.
