Qualifications

  • 3-5 years related experience as a Marine Mechanic.
  • Experience in ship repair is an advantage.
  • Good communication and personal relation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and commission marine machinery and equipment.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on engines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on propulsion and onboard systems.
  • Develop and follow SOPs and JSAs to ensure safe work practices.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with crew and other maintenance personnel across shifts.
