Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; vocational training preferred.
• At least 3 years of QA/QC Inspector experience in shipyard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate welder qualification tests and WPQR documentation.
• Witness destructive and nondestructive testing per codes (ASME IX, AWS D1.1).
• Ensure WPS/WQT compliance; prepare training for welders and supervisors.
• Coordinate with client and surveyors to meet NDT and PWHT requirements.
• Close out incomplete work and prepare for commissioning.
