Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for complex buy-side agreements.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts including professional services, consulting, technology, facilities, and procurement.
• Advise business stakeholders on contracting approach, risk, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, OBIE, Privacy, InfoSec for approvals.
• Review terms for commercial, operational, and compliance considerations.
• Support negotiations by consolidating stakeholder feedback and enabling timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to policies, workflows, and signature requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and CLM system data.
• Develop SOPs and guidance for contracting activities.
• Analyze contract data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and boost stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage a small team of contractors and provide mentorship.
