Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Senior Contracting Administrative Support to assist the NC3 Integration Directorate at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA, on-site with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Top Secret clearance, a BA/BS (MA/MS preferred), and 7–10 years of Air Force/DoD experience. Responsibilities include FAR governance, contract administration, metrics tracking, meeting coordination, and travel support.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of experience in Air Force/DoD environments
• On-site at Hanscom AFB, MA with occasional travel

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of FAR and related initiatives.
• Support contract administration activities, track metrics and schedules, prepare briefings and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel; manage records and action items.
• Use Task Management Tool (TMT) as primary office representative.
• Identify contracting activities and support related processes.
• Research information, draft leadership communications, and assist with program events.
• Provide travel coordination and general office support while ensuring policy compliance.
