Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of related underwriting experience; certifications encouraged (AFSB, CPA, RPLU).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and financial statements used in underwriting processes.
• Manage risk selection, pricing, retention, growth, and profitability for the branch.
• Assess risk quality in line with company guidelines.
• Review underwriting decisions and advise on surety credit terms.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team while delivering exceptional customer service.
