• 7+ years of related underwriting experience.
• Progress toward certifications (AFSB, CPA, RPLU) preferred; relevant licenses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Less complex risk selection, pricing, and profitability within authority.
• Support business goals with independent judgment and customer focus.
• Maintain accurate submissions and determine terms (limits, deductibles, coverage).
• Develop and maintain relationships with producers and clients to grow profitable business.
• Communicate underwriting decisions clearly and comply with guidelines.
