Qualifications

• Ten plus years’ experience in the contract surety business.
• Successful completion of courses in Finance, Management, Accounting and Marketing or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surety underwriting activities within the region.
• Establish marketing plan and oversee related marketing activities.
• Manage territorial workflows to maximize productivity, efficiency and expense control.
• Oversee relationships with producers and accounts.
