Job summary

Thinkfind Corporation seeks a Contract Specialist to manage the complete contract lifecycle for a dedicated business client, working directly with the legal team. You will independently draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with minimal attorney oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of contract management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to make independent contract drafting decisions with minimal attorney oversight.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar contract management platforms preferred.
