Job summary

Integreon is seeking a Contract Specialist in the United States with 2–3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements.

You will perform quality checks, ensure alignment with project guidelines and client instructions, and help maintain timely delivery and SLA adherence while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience with NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types.

Job description

We are seeking a Contract Specialist with 2 - 3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements. The role also involves performing Quality Checks (QCs) based on project guidelines and client instructions, while ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types
• Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with Playbook and guidelines
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, while managing individual workload
• Perform QC on drafted/reviewed contracts, as per project instructions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language, identify risks, and propose mitigations Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate issues clearly.Detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms/tools Logical thinker with sound decision-making skills and problem-solving ability

Adaptive to process changes with a quick learning curve Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with ISO and organizational standards

Education and Experience

Attorney, JD-qualified, or Paralegal with 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
