Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in contract drafting, review, and administration in a corporate or financial services setting.
• Excellent attention to detail in drafting and reviewing contracts and identifying risk.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate contract language for business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high contract volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and contract management systems; openness to learning new tools.
• Collaborative team player able to work with attorneys and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare client and vendor contracts, including SOWs and NDAs, using approved templates.
• Review and edit incoming contracts and redlines; incorporate input from the legal team.
• Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to expedite agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and coordinating approvals and e-signatures.
• Track contract statuses and meet turnaround targets; maintain organized workflow.
