Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and common sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate value propositions to candidates.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity searches with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand objectives and build hiring plans.
• Coach hiring leaders through the process, offering market insights and negotiation support.
• Build strong relationships with client groups and drive alignment on top candidates.
