Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, remote within the United States. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborate with hiring teams, and optimize candidate sourcing and experience across Pie’s corporate groups.

You will defend a market-competitive offer for top talent, partner with the Director of Talent, and help scale Pie’s recruiting efforts as the business grows. Prior startup/scale experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple departments.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate complex recruiting situations independently and with teams.
• Experience recruiting in startups or scaling businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from strategy to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies, focus on passive candidates and innovative outreach.
• Handle candidate flow in Greenhouse and deliver world-class experiences.
• Partner with hiring teams and executives to build hiring plans.
• Lead kickoff, interview panel, and debrief for each search.
• Collaborate with Talent team to improve processes and employer brand.
