You will partner with hiring teams to translate objectives into hiring plans, while identifying gaps and driving improvements in processes, trackers, and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting, exceptional communication, and strong business acumen, plus hands-on experience with Greenhouse
