Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Ability to navigate moderately complex recruiting situations with stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and engage top talent.
• Oversee candidate flow in ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure a world-class experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams and executives to build hiring plans.
• Lead kickoff, interviews, and debrief for each search.
