Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Services Advisor for Contract Performance Management to oversee long-term service agreements and ensure peak performance for LNG and turbomachinery operations. Based on site in Calcasieu Pass, LA, you will coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Field Services, and Supply Chain to meet contractual obligations.

You will manage performance metrics, handle escalations, and drive improvements that deliver value to customers while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of direct experience with gas and steam turbines.
• Experience managing contracts with large customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with LNG clients is preferred.
• Outage execution experience with turbomachinery equipment.
• Onsite work in Louisiana is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term contractual service agreements, ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Lead contract performance activities across Spare Parts, Field Services, and Repair Services.
• Serve as primary customer interface, ensuring timely issue resolution and cross-team coordination.
• Own contract performance metrics: financial, operational, reliability, availability and safety.
• Act as liaison for contract matters, handling escalations and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contractual commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement for operational excellence and cost optimization.
• Support contract administration activities including proposals, negotiations and reviews.
• Identify equipment upgrades and lifecycle improvement opportunities.
