Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management to manage long-term contractual service agreements and coordinate cross-functional teams on-site at a customer site in Louisiana. The role focuses on performance metrics, outages, and continuous improvement to deliver value for LNG and turbomachinery operations.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and 5+ years of experience with gas and steam turbines, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Competenze

• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines.
• Strong project management and maintenance knowledge for large customers.
• Experience in LNG clients and turbomachinery outages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Onsite work at a customer site in Louisiana.

Mansioni

• Manage long-term contractual service agreements ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Lead contract performance activities for Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outages.
• Serve as primary customer interface ensuring timely resolution and coordination between customer and internal teams.
• Own contract performance metrics including financial, operational, reliability, availability, and safety indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contractual commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement for operational excellence and contract profitability.
• Support contract administration including proposals, negotiations, and performance reviews.
