Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management to be based on site at Calcasieu Pass, Louisiana. You will manage long-term contractual service agreements, coordinate Spare Parts, Field Services, and outage activities, and act as the primary customer interface to ensure performance objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines.
• Project management experience with large customers.
• Previous customer facing roles with LNG clients is a plus.
• Onsite work at customer site in Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Managing long-term contractual service agreements and ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Leading contract performance activities for Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution.
• Serving as primary customer interface and coordinating between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Owning customer contract performance metrics including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety indicators.
• Acting as liaison for contract matters, managing escalations and performance discussions.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver contractual commitments.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization and profitability.
• Ensuring adherence to service requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinating local site teams during outages and major service events.
• Supporting contract administration activities such as proposal support and negotiations.
• Identifying equipment upgrade opportunities and lifecycle improvement strategies.
