Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management to work on-site in Calcasieu Pass, Louisiana. You will manage long-term service agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own contract performance metrics to drive reliability, safety and cost improvements.

The role demands a university degree in Engineering, 5+ years with gas and steam turbines, strong project management and customer-facing skills, and the ability to operate at customer sites in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Have university degree in Engineering and 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines.
• Project management expertise with large customers utilizing technical skills and maintenance knowledge.
• Customer facing roles with LNG clients.
• Outage execution experience with turbomachinery products.
• Able to work onsite at customer site in Louisiana.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing long-term contractual service agreements, ensuring full compliance with commercial, operational, technical, and performance obligations.
• Leading all contract performance activities related to Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution.
• Serving as the primary customer interface, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and seamless coordination between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Owning customer contract performance metrics, including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety metrics.
• Acting as the primary liaison for customer contract matters, managing escalations, change requests, and performance discussions.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Quality, HSE, and Commercial functions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Ensuring adherence to contractual service requirements, performance guarantees, and service-level commitments.
• Coordinating local site teams during planned outages, maintenance activities, inspections, and major service events.
• Supporting contract administration activities including proposal support, contract negotiations, amendments, reviews, and governance.
• Identifying equipment upgrade opportunities, technology enhancements, and lifecycle improvement strategies for customers.
