Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• 8 or more years of experience.
• Extensive experience in A&C project execution, continuous improvement, and design.
• Extensive experience improving, modifying, or installing advanced automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end automation strategy across brewing, packaging, utilities, and logistics.
• Lead lifecycle management for legacy lines and next-generation designs to scale manufacturing capacity.
• Diagnose A&C bottlenecks and implement cost-effective design and process solutions.
• Modernize A&C infrastructure to boost reliability, uptime, and OEE.
• Formulate and execute strategic roadmaps for A&C projects aligned with business objectives.
