You will serve as the primary operational link between MAB support functions and co-manufacturing partners, translating demand into executable production and supply plans while driving accountability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Food, beverage, CPG manufacturing / Operations and Supply Chain experience.
• Degree or diploma in related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management).
• Strong business knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-site co-packing network and support Customer Co-manufacturing operations as needed.
• Deliver service, quality and cost objectives; resolve disruptions with urgency.
• Identify, onboard and manage suppliers, and ensure they adhere to specifications.
• Work with Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics to mitigate business risk.
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts; ensure supplier documentation accuracy.
• Support co-packing network agreements and innovations.
