Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or at least 1 year of contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution.
• Procurement, legal or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and/or redlining contracts to shield Capital One from risk.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet contracting standards and business objectives.
• Manage transactions proactively and drive to completion on deadlines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify material risks in each transaction.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Supplier Management team and other stakeholders.
