Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior Contracts & Legal professional to support Grid Technologies in large-scale projects.

You will analyze contracts, identify risks, negotiate agreements, and advise project and site management on contractual matters throughout execution. You’ll act as a senior advisor to project leadership, ensuring adherence to contract and claims strategies, and developing entitlements and defenses as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8 or more years of proven experience handling complex contracts and managing multiple projects.
• Experience with commercial contracts in energy/industrial markets is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills for project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise project leadership on contract and claims strategy and risk management.
• Analyze contracts, identify risks, negotiate agreements, and support change orders and correspondence.
• Develop claim strategies and support arbitration positions with project records.
