Qualifications

• Accredited four year degree and fourteen years of related work experience, or 18 years without a degree.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Technical knowledge necessary to complete contract management tasks.
• Ability to learn applicable procurement statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
