Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Construction Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of standard contract templates for a project.
• Participate in negotiations of contract terms and conditions and coordinate technical scopes of work.
• Attend internal RFP and negotiation meetings and assist in drafting final contracts.
• Perform contract management post-award activities including performance evaluations and invoicing.
• Closeout contracts and resolve outstanding issues; support contractor performance evaluations.
