Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Contract Manager/Paralegal to assist Business Owners and Contract Managers with questions related to the contract management system. You will organize contract files, train users, and develop training materials while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include producing reports, collaborating with Legal, Tax, and Risk, and driving process improvements to renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in drafting contracts, or contract life cycle management.
• Certified Paralegal (CP) is required.
• Associate/related degree preferred for legal field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Owners and Contract Managers with questions about the contract management system.
• Organize and maintain contract files and database to track contracts.
• Train Business Owners and Contract Managers on the contract management system.
• Develop and maintain training materials for the contract management system; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce monthly contract status reports and track quality metrics of the contract life cycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Responsibility, Tax and Risk to ensure effective contract management.
• Identify process improvements and stay up to date with business practices.
• Manage complex projects, assist with agreements, documentation, and contract execution.
• Serve as primary contact with Business Owners for managing contract life cycle.
