Health Care District of Palm Beach County is seeking a Contract Administration Liaison to streamline contract intake and coordination across the Legal Department and internal business units. You will oversee request workflows, ensure complete documentation, and help with drafting and execution while managing renewals and expirations.

In this role, you will collaborate with paralegals and counsel, maintain contract files, and develop KPIs to monitor timelines and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in contract administration, legal support, procurement, compliance, healthcare administration, or related operations.
• Experience in a legal department, healthcare organization, or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and reporting metrics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact between internal departments and Legal Department for contract requests and workflow processes.
• Coordinate intake and administration of contract requests with complete documentation and business terms.
• Gather information for legal drafting and review to support timely contracts.
• Facilitate efficient review, revision, and execution of agreements with paralegals and counsel.
• Monitor contract lifecycle including renewals, expirations, and amendments; notify stakeholders ahead of timelines.
• Generate reports and dashboards tracking contract activity, turnaround times, and renewals.
