KNAPP North America in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to own contract lifecycle, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance across the RBS portfolio.

You will analyze terms, lead strategy, support cross‑functional teams, and provide insights to influence decisions. Requirements include a bachelor’s in business/finance and at least 5 years of experience, plus SAP BW proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management, financial analysis, accounting, or project coordination.
• Intermediate to advanced SAP BW and related SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent judgment and accountability.
• Cross‑functional teamwork experience.
• Ability to manage complex issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as authoritative owner of assigned RBS project contracts from initiation through closure.
• Analyze contract terms to ensure alignment with goals, financial benchmarks, and operational requirements.
• Lead development of contract strategy, including risk mitigation, cost optimization, and compliance improvements.
• Approve contract modifications, amendments, and financial adjustments within authority.
• Provide consultative guidance to internal teams regarding obligations, deliverables, and deviations.
• Support leadership in shaping long‑term contract management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide high‑level customer support regarding contract and invoicing questions.
• Act as senior liaison to controlling, finance, SLM, operations, and other internal groups.
• Prepare and manage rebookings for RBS projects and ensure alignment with financial policies.
• Review, validate, and approve invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly target-to-actual analyses using SAP BW cost reports.
• Lead deviation analysis and deliver detailed reporting to RBS leadership.
• Oversee monitoring of financial deviations, transfers, allocations, accruals, and manual entries.
• Maintain SAP master data accuracy for all assigned projects.
• Produce complex ad hoc reports and insights on request.
