Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Service Level Manager to handle customer service contract management, including negotiating contracts with customers and managing long-term care contracts. The role requires collaboration with Corporate Counsel and leadership, with SAP-based contract administration and ERP updates.

The candidate will draft and amend contracts, monitor billing plans and deadlines, and liaise with internal teams and KNAPP subsidiaries, including coordination with the parent company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies or related field or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience as contract administrator/manager preferred.
• Ability to draft/review contract agreements for final approval.
• Basic knowledge of laws, regulations and contract trends.
• Working knowledge of intralogistics systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft service contracts based on company templates with Corporate Counsel and leadership.
• Provide contract-related support for new and existing customers (questions, amendments, billing plans, deadlines).
• Serve as main contact for contract structures and services for customers and internal teams, coordinating with KNAPP subsidiaries and Austria.
• Optimize/adapt existing service contracts in documents and SAP.
• Add offers and contracts to ERP system; support Management in new business initiatives.
