ACA Group is seeking a Counsel in Pittsburgh to draft, review, and negotiate contracts for ACA’s subsidiary broker-dealers and other agreements. The role supports the Legal Department on complex regulatory and compliance matters.

You will interact with clients, outside counsel, and service providers, staying current on evolving regulations that impact broker-dealers and related contracts.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Experience drafting and reviewing complex agreements with large, sophisticated counterparties is strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, review skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to ACA’s subsidiary broker-dealers.
• Research and provide legal advice on broker-dealer and mutual fund distribution regulatory issues.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, service providers on contract terms.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments affecting ACA’s broker-dealers and update contracts accordingly.
• Perform ad-hoc projects to support ACA initiatives.
