Job summary

ACA Group, a leading GRC advisor, seeks a Contracts Associate to support the Legal Department in preparing, negotiating, tracking, and organizing client engagement and confidentiality agreements, and other contracts. The role includes assisting with governance materials, templates, and ad-hoc projects, with minimal travel.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of contracts or paralegal experience, excellent organization, and discretion.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a contracts specialist or paralegal is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are a must.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Willingness to travel minimally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, negotiating, tracking, and organizing client engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts.
• Interact with clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders regarding contracts.
• Maintain corporate records and legal files.
• Schedule and prepare materials/minutes for governance matters.
• Create, update, and maintain Legal Department templates and files.
