ACA Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts for its subsidiary broker-dealers and related agreements. The role involves handling sophisticated regulatory and compliance matters and supporting the Legal Department across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have a JD, bar admission, and 1–3 years of relevant experience in law firms, regulatory agencies, or in-house settings, with emphasis on broker-dealer or mutual fund distribution and familiarity with

• Juris doctor degree required and licensed in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and reviewing complex agreements with large, sophisticated counterparties, including financial institutions and top-tier law firms preferred.
• Strong ability to research regulatory and compliance issues related to broker-dealer and mutual fund distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to ACA’s subsidiary broker-dealers.
• Research and provide legal advice on broker-dealer and mutual fund distribution.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and service providers regarding contract terms.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting subsidiary broker-dealers and update contracts and policies accordingly.
• Perform ad-hoc projects to support the Legal Department.
