Qualifications

• 7–14 years’ experience working with contracts or compliance materials.
• Bachelor degree and certification (Paralegal or J.D.) required.
• Experience with contract management software, HR regulations and federal programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics/AI tools.
• Proactive with a focus on confidentiality and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist with drafting legal and routine agreements and NDAs.
• Support case tracking, risk management, and documentation management.
• Maintain patent/trademark records and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate compliance filings and reporting for regulatory matters.
• Assist HR, procurement and training teams on projects.
• Prepare and organize legal documents for investigations and trials.
• Attend pre-bid/proposal conferences and post-award debriefings.
