Qualifications

Preferred: Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational orgs.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day employment law compliance support across jurisdictions with legal and business stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory developments and update policies, procedures, and training accordingly.
Lead contractor compliance and lifecycle oversight, including worker classification reviews and extensions.
Support ADA accommodation follow-up and confidential handling of sensitive matters.
Assist with global background investigations as needed.
