Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas land/contract space.
• Proficiency with Quorum Land System (QLS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and input lease and contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency across land systems.
• Prepare full releases and Exhibit A documents for assignments and contracts.
• Manage monthly lease calendars to track rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalties, expirations, and other obligations.
• Determine rental payments, obligations, and expirations to maintain leases.
• Review lease obligations monthly and recommend payments and expirations.
