Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical supply chains and value analysis programs.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, spend analysis, and supplier performance measurement.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive leadership role (Director or higher) in a related setting.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience managing professional sourcing or contracting teams.
• Minimum 8 years' experience of progressive management responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise sourcing lifecycle, including market analysis, supplier strategy, competitive sourcing events.
• Contract negotiation, value analysis governance, and contract lifecycle management.
• Provide oversight to Strategic Sourcing Analysts, Contract Administrators, and managers.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, clinical operations, finance, and executive leadership to align sourcing decisions with patient care and outcomes.
