Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Strategic Sourcing Category Manager in contract development and execution across designated categories. Responsibilities include competitive bidding, market analysis, benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business or related field
Five years contracting experience, preferably healthcare
Knowledge of HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations; strong contract management skills

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations with stakeholders for contracts meeting legal/regulatory standards
Develop and manage RFPs/RFQs for suppliers and vendors
Ensure contracts are properly executed and recorded in contract databases
Monitor contract performance, renewals, and compliance with terms
Collaborate with legal, compliance, clinical and sourcing teams to optimize value and savings
