Job summary

Itron is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our Global CME Contract Management team. You will support the full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Finance to structure and negotiate customer agreements.

This role requires strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and risk management throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract administration experience.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, process, and administer commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to negotiate terms balancing objectives and risk.
• Review SOWs, change orders, and related documentation for accuracy and alignment.
• Respond to RFP terms and perform gap analyses for inconsistencies.
• Maintain contract records in lifecycle management systems and ensure audit readiness.
