Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our Global CME Contract Management team.

This senior individual contributor role supports the full contract lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Commercial Legal, Proposals, Pricing, Delivery Services, Deal Desk, Finance, and other partners to structure, negotiate, and manage customer agreements that balance business objectives with risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or negotiation.
• Experience drafting and administering customer-facing agreements.
• Strong risk assessment and escalation judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLM-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
• Review change orders and ensure alignment with agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to structure terms.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation, and escalate non-standard terms.
• Maintain contract records and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor metrics and reporting for contract lifecycle visibility.
