Responsibilities

• Assist CCSC contract administration manager with reviewing, tracking and monitoring contract documents and requisitions.
• Enter, update, and maintain contract records in CAPPS Financials.
• Coordinate routing, tracking and execution of contract documents and amendments to ensure timely signatures.
• Perform quality assessment reviews on contract documents to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues.
