Securian Financial is seeking a Customer Operations Sr Rep to join the Administration & Client Services team in a fast-paced environment. You will enter data accurately, resolve processing issues, and support multiple internal systems while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

The role requires strong data entry, problem-solving, and collaboration with teammates, including cross-training to handle peak volumes. Hybrid work arrangement and base pay discussed during hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Enter required data with high accuracy across forms and electronic files including applications and changes.
• Cross-train with team members and provide backup support during peak volumes.
• Use sound judgement to research and resolve processing problems.
• Follow up to obtain missing information via correspondence or calls.
• Respond to team Inbox emails and fulfill requests and spreadsheets.
• Support Salesforce and ECC requests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to quality and security standards and meet service levels.
