Securian Financial is seeking a Customer Operations Sr Rep to join the Administration & Client Services team. The role focuses on data-driven processes, accuracy, and high-volume handling with a customer service mindset.

You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Employer Market, learn multiple internal systems, and support back-office tasks including data entry, processing applications, and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry speed and accuracy.
• Ability to meet department quality goals (QA).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good time management and adaptability.
• Strong customer focus for internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Ability to learn multiple internal systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime during peak volumes.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately across applications and forms.
• Cross-train with teammates to provide backup during peak volumes.
• Research and resolve processing problems with sound judgement.
• Follow up to obtain missing information via customer correspondence.
• Respond to team emails promptly.
• Fulfill customer requests and manage related spreadsheets.
• Prioritize work according to bill dates.
• Support Salesforce and Enterprise Call Center tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to quality and security standards and meet SLAs.
