• BA degree or related work experience required.

• Proven leadership in quality systems and CI projects.

• Develop and preserve the Quality System and allocate capital to upgrades.
• Lead Six Sigma, Lean and CI initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Coordinate SQF compliance, audits, and training requirements.
• Interface with operations to align with business goals and customer expectations.
