Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain divisional Quality Process Management objectives.
• Direct activities of employees to ensure customer specifications.
• Lead plant quality program and customer audits; manage complaints.
• Develop SPC in production and QC to maintain process control.
• Lead CI initiatives including Six Sigma, Lean; track savings.
