Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across production, process improvement, and customer-related transitions. The role focuses on testing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate will drive adherence to SQF and ISO9001, develop training materials, and monitor data-driven decisions while reporting quarterly quality trends and performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership position with direct reporting relationships.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement inspection, testing and evaluation methods to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for internal and customer issues.
• Lead trials and first runs; monitor results and suggest improvements.
• Assist in decisions on releasing orders.
• Lead on new customer approvals/transitions.
• Coordinate with Compliance to maintain current certifications.
