Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead the firm’s contingent workforce program across regions. The role oversees intake, contracting, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, driving consistent governance and risk management.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, and HR to ensure compliant, scalable operations while optimizing supplier relationships and program performance globally.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related fields.
• Global contingent workforce program experience and risk management.
• Strong contract, governance, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global contingent workforce program and lifecycle.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Tech.
• Manage Beeline, Workday, ServiceNow platforms and data.
• Develop governance, metrics, and process improvements.
