Ampcus Inc. seeks a senior Content Strategy consultant to shape how content personalizes user experiences for B2B and B2C clients. You will partner with the UX team to discover and define content roles, and drive strategic roadmaps across channels, content development, and governance.

You will persuade senior executives, translate findings into compelling narratives, and guide production processes while collaborating with the AEM platform and Adobe tools to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 6 years progressive content strategy experience.
• Experience in a digital agency, strategy consulting, or technology company.
• Strong proficiency in AEM and content management workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and related UX tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and strategic analysis for content's role in UX.
• Develop and guide content strategy across marketing, channels, and production processes.
• Synthesize findings into strategic narratives for senior client leadership.
• Engage executives with an effective, results-driven communication style.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AEM teams to address challenges during development.
• Act as a thought leader and educator to the client teams.
